Im Zentrum steht die authentische Darstellung des Weges, den ein neues Produkt von der ersten Idee bis zur Markteinf\u00fchrung durchl\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n<p>Am Beispiel von Mate Glac\u00e9 wird aufgezeigt, wie verschiedene Abteilungen und Expertisen ineinandergreifen: vom ersten Innovationsmeeting \u00fcber Produktentwicklung und Verpackungsdesign bis hin zu Marketing und Verkauf. Besonders authentisch wird die Dokumentation durch den Verzicht auf Schauspieler \u2013 stattdessen stehen echte Coop-Mitarbeitende vor der Kamera, die tats\u00e4chlich in den jeweiligen Bereichen t\u00e4tig sind.<\/p>\n<figure><img src='https:\/\/autoeditor.fachbau.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/250819_COOP_VIDEO_Case_Bild_03-2-1-scaled.png' alt='Employer Branding Coop'><figcaption>Der Film gibt Einblick in verschiedene Berufsfelder bei Coop (Bild: zvg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Das Video leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Employer Branding von Coop. Es gew\u00e4hrt nicht nur Einblicke hinter die Kulissen, sondern stellt auch die Vielfalt der Berufsbilder vor und zeigt, wie unterschiedliche Talente gemeinsam an einem Ziel arbeiten. Damit unterstreicht Coop sowohl die Qualit\u00e4t seiner Produkte als auch seine Attraktivit\u00e4t als Arbeitgeberin f\u00fcr Fachkr\u00e4fte in verschiedenen Bereichen.<\/p>\n<p>Verantwortlich bei Coop waren Flavia Huwyler (Teamleiterin Employer Branding), Alexandra Moser (Purchasing Product Managerin Glace) und Maja Riegler (Projektleitung Corporate Content).
