Der Film r\u00fcckt dabei die Expertise der Mitarbeitenden in den Mittelpunkt, die jeden Entwicklungsschritt erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>Am Beispiel des Produkts 1Mate Glac\u00e9 wird der gesamte Entstehungsprozess nachgezeichnet &#8211; vom ersten Innovationsmeeting \u00fcber Produktentwicklung und Verpackungsdesign bis hin zu Marketing und Verkauf.
