Wie entsteht ein neues Produkt bei Coop? Die Z\u00fcrcher Kreativagentur Wecatch gibt in einem neu konzipierten Video authentische Einblicke in diesen komplexen Prozess. Das Besondere: Statt auf Schauspieler zu setzen, stehen echte Coop-Mitarbeitende vor der Kamera.<\/p>\n

Am Beispiel des Produkts Mate Glac\u00e9 wird der gesamte Entstehungsprozess erlebbar gemacht – vom ersten Innovationsmeeting \u00fcber die Produktentwicklung und das Verpackungsdesign bis hin zu Marketing und Verkauf. Das kreative Storytelling-Konzept r\u00fcckt dabei die Menschen in den Mittelpunkt, die mit ihrer Expertise jeden einzelnen Entwicklungsschritt erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n

Das Video dient gleichzeitig dem Employer Branding von Coop. Es gew\u00e4hrt nicht nur Einblicke hinter die Kulissen, sondern pr\u00e4sentiert auch die Vielfalt der Berufsbilder im Unternehmen. Damit unterstreicht Coop seine Attraktivit\u00e4t als Arbeitgeber f\u00fcr Fachkr\u00e4fte in unterschiedlichen Bereichen.<\/p>\n

Verantwortlich f\u00fcr das Projekt zeichnen bei Coop Flavia Huwyler (Teamleiterin Employer Branding), Alexandra Moser (Purchasing Product Managerin Glace) und Maja Riegler (Projektleitung Corporate Content).
