Eine einj\u00e4hrige Baustelle am Bahnhofquai erschwert zudem den \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehr zus\u00e4tzlich.<\/p>\n<h2>Kreative L\u00f6sung mit den Trabulini<\/h2>\n<p>Die VBZ setzen bei dieser komplexen Kommunikationsaufgabe auf die \u00abTrabulini\u00bb \u2013 f\u00fcnf charmante Figuren, die als moderne Heinzelm\u00e4nnchen die Fahrg\u00e4ste durch die ver\u00e4nderten Fahrpl\u00e4ne begleiten. Die von evoq konzipierten und produzierten Figuren sind omnipr\u00e4sent \u2013 in den Fahrzeugen, an Haltestellen und besonders auf den betroffenen Linien. Sie schaffen Aufmerksamkeit und leiten die Fahrg\u00e4ste zur Webseite fahrplanwechsel.vzb.ch, wo sie alle relevanten Details zu ihren Verbindungen finden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abUnser Ziel war es, nicht nur auf die grossen \u00c4nderungen aufmerksam zu machen, sondern die \u00d6V-Nutzenden direkt und emotional abzuholen\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Natascha Klinger von der VBZ-Kommunikation.
