Insgesamt 150 neue Positionen sind derzeit ausgeschrieben, wobei sich ein deutlicher Schwerpunkt im Marketing- und PR-Bereich abzeichnet.<\/p>\n<h2>Starke Nachfrage im Marketing<\/h2>\n<p>Besonders ausgepr\u00e4gt ist die Nachfrage im Marketingsektor mit insgesamt 55 offenen Stellen. Diese verteilen sich auf verschiedene Spezialisierungen: Von Leitungsfunktionen \u00fcber Produkt- und Markenmanagement bis hin zu Digital Marketing und Kampagnensteuerung. Auff\u00e4llig ist dabei der hohe Bedarf an Marketing-Fachkr\u00e4ften f\u00fcr den digitalen Bereich, was den fortschreitenden Wandel der Branche unterstreicht.<\/p>\n<h2>PR und Unternehmenskommunikation gefragt<\/h2>\n<p>Im PR-Bereich sind aktuell 36 Positionen zu besetzen. Hier werden sowohl erfahrene F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte als auch Nachwuchstalente gesucht. Neun der ausgeschriebenen Stellen sind dabei Positionen mit Leitungsfunktion, was auf einen erh\u00f6hten Bedarf an strategischer Kommunikationsexpertise hindeutet.<\/p>\n<h2>Journalistische Perspektiven<\/h2>\n<p>Der journalistische Sektor bietet derzeit 33 offene Stellen, davon f\u00fcnf in leitender Position. Bemerkenswert ist die Nachfrage nach spezialisierten Redakteur:innen, etwa im Bereich k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz. Auch der Bedarf an Sportredakteur:innen und lokaler Berichterstattung ist deutlich erkennbar.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich sind neun Stellen im Bereich Grafik und Design sowie f\u00fcnf Positionen im Bereich Film, TV und Radio ausgeschrieben.
